Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Authorized Reseller For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, an Authorized Reseller is a business that has been approved by PlantHaul to purchase and resell Growth Technology products.
1. Wholesale Eligibility & Minimum Orders
A minimum order of 5 cases per order, shipped to a single delivery address, is required for all wholesale purchases.
Orders may not be combined across multiple shipping addresses, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchises, or other legal entities to satisfy the minimum order requirement.
Authorized Resellers who do not meet the wholesale minimum may qualify for bulk case pricing. Please contact us for current bulk pricing and eligibility.
PlantHaul reserves the right to modify minimum order requirements at any time.
2. Pricing & MAP Policy
Current Suggested Retail Pricing (SRP) and Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) will be provided by PlantHaul and updated as necessary.
Authorized Resellers are free to determine their own selling prices; however, products may not be advertised below the current MAP on any website, online marketplace, social media platform, or other public advertising channel.
Prices are subject to change. PlantHaul will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of pricing adjustments whenever practicable.
3. Authorized Sales Channels
Authorized Resellers may sell Growth Technology (GT) products through their owned and operated retail locations, branded websites, and branded social media channels.
The listing or sale of Growth Technology products on third-party marketplaces—including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Mercari, OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace, or similar platforms—is prohibited without prior written authorization from PlantHaul.
This policy helps protect brand integrity, product quality, and the authorized reseller network.
4. Orders, Payment & Shipping
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing after payment has been received. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time, or delays resulting from incomplete order information.
Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, LTL freight, or other carriers selected by PlantHaul. PlantHaul reserves the right to determine the shipping method and carrier for all orders unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Customers who choose to provide their own shipping labels must provide all required shipping documentation before order processing begins. The Authorized Reseller will be considered the shipper of record. Once the shipment has been tendered to and accepted by the carrier, all transit-related claims, including loss, damage, delays, or misdelivery, must be filed directly with the carrier by the Authorized Reseller. PlantHaul will reasonably cooperate by providing shipping documentation or other supporting information, upon request.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations may require the use of a freight forwarder or customs broker. Any additional shipping charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import-related costs are the responsibility of the Authorized Reseller unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Shipping transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Local pickup and customer-arranged freight are not offered as standard fulfillment options. Any exception must be approved in advance by PlantHaul and is granted solely at PlantHaul’s discretion under the terms specified at the time of approval.
5. Returns, Cancellations & Shipping Damage
Wholesale orders are final.
Returns are not accepted for unsold merchandise or used products.
Orders cancelled prior to shipment are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the shipping process or a carrier tracking number has been issued.
Authorized Resellers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery.
Any claims involving incorrect items, shortages, product defects, or shipping damage on shipments arranged by PlantHaul must be reported to PlantHaul within 24 hours of delivery.
To assist with the review of your claim, please retain all original packaging and provide clear photographs of:
the exterior shipping carton,
the shipping label,
the interior packaging, and
the affected product(s).
Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or credit.
6. Marketing Materials & Intellectual Property
Upon request, PlantHaul will provide approved product images, descriptions, and marketing materials for the promotion of Growth Technology products.
These materials may be used solely for the promotion and sale of authorized Growth Technology products.
All trademarks, logos, photographs, written content, and marketing materials remain the property of PlantHaul and/or Growth Technology and may not be used to promote competing brands or unauthorized products.
7. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
PlantHaul reserves the right to allocate inventory, delay shipments, or limit quantities based on product availability.
Authorized Resellers will be notified of any significant delays affecting their order.
8. Confidentiality
Wholesale pricing, distributor pricing, marketing materials, product information, and all non-public information provided by PlantHaul are confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.
9. General Terms
PlantHaul reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, suspend wholesale privileges, or terminate any Authorized Reseller account at its sole discretion.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
